A TOWN CLOCK.

Sir, — In this year of jubilee I wish to make a suggestion, and that is that our commemoration of this eventful year take the form of a Town Clock, I feel Bure there would be little trouble m raising tha necessary funds, and erect it m Baring Square East. Yours etc.. W.T.
