STONEWALLING IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. A special telegram to the Press Association gives a full account of an extraordinary stonewalling scene m the House of Commons on the night of •the 21st and morning of the 22nd inst. The House sat continuously until half-past one p.m. on the 22nd, when the obstructionists finding they were playing a loosing game at length yielded. The stonewall was set up on the Civil Service Estimates, but every vote was eventually passed.
