TROUBLE IN AFGHANISTAN.
The Governor of Turkestan is inciting the Khans to a closer alliance with Russia, promising them high offices m the event of war with India. News from Afghanistan is watched with considerable anxiety. It is reported on good authority that Russian emissaries are displaying considerable activity m Cabul and other pans of the country. Their object is suspected to be to foroept <» rising.
