The defendant refused to receive the beer on the release by the Customs, and tho plaintiff now sued suoessfully. A Ghost m Court. An individual named Cunningham was charged to day with the larceny of a portion of a flute. The charge was brought as the only means of getting at the man, who Is believed to be the Tinv&ru chost. The case broke down. The Magistrate, In dismissing it, epoke vary severely of the dastardly oondaot of the accused m frightening children, and expressed the opinion that a flogging would be the proper punishment.
