THE QUEEN'S JUBILEE.
At a further conference of the representatives of the different municipalities m Victoria, held m Melbourne to-day, for the purpose of discussing the most appropriate manner of celebrating the Queen's Jubilee, it was decided to communicate with the colonies, and ask if they would join m presenting her Majesty with a crown made of colonial gold, studded with fifty diamonds to represent the years of her reigtt.
