London, March 15 A number of Russians have presented General Boulanger with a handsome sword, ostensibly as a mark of personal respect (Received M&roh 16, 11.40 a.m ) THE BARON AND BISMARCK, Berlin, March 15, It is announced that after an inter* view which he had to-day with Prince Bstnarck, M. de Lesseps declared that all danger of war between France and Germany had passed, but serious complication would arise unless the date for the evacation of Egypt by the British forces were fixed ; and he advised the re-instatement of Ishmael Pasha as Khedive.
