A cenBUB has been for the first time taken of the carrier pigeons m Parip. The return sh >wb that these birds have increased and multiplied m an astounding manner, Inasmuch as they nnmber 2500, of which 1780 have received a high trainiDg, and can be trusted m ail weathers to go great distances. They are each trained to go to eurne particular laca'.iy from Patlfl, and others to come to Paris from different strongholds and great towns. The pigeons which, Bhould ever the capital be beleagured, are to keep it iv com munication with the forts above Gren< ble and those of the Pyreneea were bred m thooe mountains and m the Alps.
