Bjo Janeiro, March. 4. The New Zealand Shipping Company's Rimutaka arrived here this morning from New Zealand. Her cargo of frozen mutton is m good condition. Capetown, March 4. The Ne<v Zealand Shipping Company's Tongariro left for New Zealand yesterday evening. London, Maroh 4. A new Company styled the Australasian Steam Navigation Co.mpany has been registered with a capital of ;£600,000. The Company has been formed to work the Australasian coasting trade. The Board of Directors include the Chairman of the British Indian Company, the Chairman of the Peninsular and Oriental Company, and tbe Chairman of the Queensland Steamship Company.
