BANQUET TO SIR H. PARKES.

A banquet was given last night m the Town Hall of Sir Henry Parkes. The Ma,yor presided. Members of the Ministry were among those present. In his speech m reply to the toast of his health, Sir Henry declared he had always advocated federal action on the part of. the colonies, and would continue to seek to cement a true union between them.
