General Ruled of the Ashburton Tradesmen's Bncintr Club and Pacing Rules of the Canterbury Jockey Club strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the grofß of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for expenses of the course: All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision m all po : nts connected with the carrying out o this programme to be final ; and entries will only be received subject to these conditions.
