Four flret offenders were fined for this offence Daniel Daviß was charged wi,fch haTiog been drunk and with having been guity of riotous conduct m the Somerset Hotel. —The aconeed had been dealt with for a similar offence on Friday. It appeared that the accused had asked another person to " ahout," and a refusal being given had atmck him, A fine of £5 aod Costa, with tha alternative of 2« days' imprisonment was inflicted. .John Garry, who on a former occasion when brought before tb,e Court had made profuße proraiees of amendmont, was charged with drunkenness. A fine of 20s aqd. costs wbb inflioted. The charge against Jamea Leary of drunkenness was further remanded fora week, the man's] arm, which was hurt when he waa arrested, not yet having healed, A NUISANCE.
