NORTON AGAIN.

London, Fobraary 8,

Mr Norton, delegate from the New South Wales Trade and Labor Council, had an interview with Sir Henry Holland to-day. He claimed admission to the forthcoming Imperial Conference. The Secretary ot State declined to admit Norton's claim, but promised to consider the question of admitting a representative of the Australian operatives to the Emigration Bureau.
