Matson and Go report : — Tmlb week we have concluded the sale of 484 aores m the Rakala district, whioh was let by us some 20 years agj under a purchasing clause, during which the tenant his faithfally performed the con dltions and covenants, paid his rent, and has now become possessed of the Grown Grant at a figure equal to £3388.
