At 5 p m. yesterday a teiident en the Graft m road found two men stripping his fruit treeß. He rushed out and caught one, who, was tied with rope and taken In a wheelbarrow to the polioe < ffioa- Ha gave his name as Thoß. Floyd, and at the Court this morning was sentenced t> three months hard labor. His companion was identified In Court and was dragged into the box and roceieed the lime sentence
