Adelaide January 16. Accounts from Teetulpa continue discouraging, and numbers of unsuccessful diggers are leaving the field. (Received January 27. 12 30 p.m.) THE LATE FLOODS. Stdnrt. January 27. In consequence ot the continuous heavy rain, the rivers are rising very rapidly. Communication is interrupted at the Clarence and Richmond rivers, which have been heavily flooded.
