THE DUNEDINIFIRE
INQUEST.
Dunbdin, January 24
An inquest was held to day oj the bodies of tbe four men who lost their lives at the fire at tbe Iron and Woodware Company's premises. The evidence was to the effect that has; already been telegraphed, the witnesses speaking In admira* tion of the conduct of the rescuers. The fourth body has been recognised as that of Richard Pasooe, teaman, and the verdict was that H.E E.quilant, Robt. Willis, Andrew Miller, and ' ichard Pascoe met their deitbs by an nco<dent. A rider wsa added expressing sympathy with Mr and Mrs Evqullant, and expressing a hope that Francis MoEwan, Fireman McKets ; e, and Constablps Ohisholm and Clark would receive some fitting reward, their conduct being desorvlug of great praise.
