N.S.W. POLITICS.
It is expected the general election will be concluded within a month from the present date. In the Legislative Council to-day Mr Barnes, the New Colonial Treasurer, took his seat on the Government benches. The seats of Ministers were declared vacant. A deficit m the budget of has been announced. Both Houses of Parliament granted two months' supplies. Sir Henry Parkes will explain the policy of the nsw Government on Monday* next.
