THE NEW MINISTRY.

Sir Henry Parkes is engaged m forming a Ministry. It is not yet completed, but as far as is known, it will be composed of the following members : — Sir Henry Parkes. Premier and Colonial Secretary; Mr. W. J. Foster, Attorney General; the other members, whose offices arc not yet allotted, being Mr G. H. Reid, Mr Francis Abigail, Mr T. N. Young, Mr VV. Clark, Mr J. Inglis, Mr G. A. Lloyd, and Mr J. T. Burns. Parliamentwillbeopened by Commission to-morrow and then adjourned for the re-election of Ministers.
