NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS.
Sydney, January 16
Sir H. Parkes has been sent for by the Governor, but up to six o'clock this evening had only seen two of his supporters. It is understood he will form a free trade Ministry without going outside the ranks of the Opposition. He may possibly advise a dissolution of Parliament, m which case Sir P. Jennings will ask for supplies to be voted on the meeting of the House.
