THE STANLEY EXPEDITION.
Mr H. M. Stanley, who has organised an expedition for the relief of Emir Bey, will sail for Africa on the 20th inst He hopes to read* Emir Bey's position by way of the Congo, but failing that frill proceed to Equatorial Africa from Zanzibar.
