[Resolution.] " Resolved — That this Council do make a Special Order adopting "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," and that Buch Special Order be as follows, that is to say:— SPECIAL ORDER. In parlance and exercise of the powers vested m it by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, "The Counties Act, 1876,'' and the several Acts amending the same, the County Council of the County of Aahbur ton doth hereby adopt the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886." Provided always that Ac operation of the said Act ehall be limited to a loan of £3500, which this Council proposes to borrow from the Government under the provisions of " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act. 1886," for the x> ur PO€o of constructing a Tramway from the Mount Somers Railway Station to the Mount Pomers Coal Pit, near the mouth of the River Stour.
