From a private source the Southland Noivi earns that this colony is about to be tisitel by two gentlemen— Messrs Hazell and Hodgkin — who are members of tho Committee of Management of the Emigration Bureau recently established by tho Imperial Government, and who come out officially accredited to tho several Governors to ascertain what opeu jngs there are m the oolonUi for imiaigrants, and what aro the most suitable kinds to yeud. Messrs Hazell and Hodgkin leave by the s.B. Mararoa on the Uth iuftjmt, aud may bo expected here about the 16th,
