[Resolution.] " Resolved — That this Council do make a Special Order odopting " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," and that such Special Order be as follows, that is to say: — SPECIAL ORDER In pursuance and exercise of the powers veßted m it by " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, "The Counties Act, 1876,'' and the several Acts amending the same, the County Council of tho County of * Bhbtir ton doth hereby adopt the provisions of " The Local Bodice Loans Act, 1886."
