IMPERIAL INSTITUTE.

London, January 5

A meeting m connection with the Imperial Institute will be held at St. James' Palace on the 12th inst, under the presidency of the Prince of Wales, and representatives of all provincial committees have been invited to be present. A further meeting will take place on the afternoon of the same day at the Mansion House. The Lord Mayor of London will entertain the provincial delegates at the Guildhall the day before the meeting.
