TWO ALEXANDERS.
Prince Alexander, late of Bulgaria was the favorite nephew of the Empress Maria mother of the present Czir. In her will Lhe Empress left the Prince 2,000 000 roxiblea, but the latter refused to receive the prlncpipal, preferring to draw the yearly internet from it, which was regularly paid to him out of the Russian Treasury, It ia said the Prince now demands the tyro millions, and that thy Czar declare! he will never see a rouble of it.
