MR GOSCHEN TO BE CHANCELLOR.
London, January 3 It is announced that Mr Goschen has conditionally accepted the position of Chancellor of the Exchequer, and will have an interview with Lord Salisbury to-day to arrange the terms upon which he will enter the Cabinet.
