The formal scheme ot the Imperial Institute has been coldly received, and it is doubtful whether the Prince ot Wales will approve the details as a whole.
The Prince of Wales ha 3 nominated Sir Saul Samuel to represent Australia, and Sir Charles Tupper to represent Canada on the Committee of the Imperial Institute.
