SPECIAL NOTICE. This clearly shows that the public will no longer support the old system of retail business, The ordinary retail dealers have to buy their goods from the wholesale merchants litre, and then have to pay heavy expenses, and sc are obliged to charge exorbitant profits to try and cover all these extra expenses.
