NOTICE is hereby given that the above Road Board intends to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in the Upper Ashburton Road District, and for that purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken ; and that a plan of the said Road and of the land required to be taken has been deposited in the office of the said Board at Tinwald, and is now open for Inspection.
