In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by “The Local Bodies Loans *ct, 1886, “The Counties Act, 1876," and the several Acts amending the same, the County Council of the County of A shbur ton doth hereby adopt the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886.” Provided always that the operation of the said Act shall be limited to a loan of £3500, which this Council proposes to borrow from the Government under the provisions of “The Government Loans to Local Bodie Act 1886,” for the purpose of constructing a Tramway from the Mount Somers Railway Station to the Mount Somers Coal Pit, near the mouth of the River Stour. Resolved further, that this Special Order shall take effect immediately upon the making thereof.” Dated this 13th day of December, 1886. By order. F. MAIN WARING, 12*78 Clerk of the Council.
