UPPER ASHBURTON ROAD BOARD NOTICE la hereby given that the above Read Board intends to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in the Upper Ashburton Road District, and for that purpose the land described in tbe Schedule hereto is required to be taben ; and thet a p'an of the said Road and of the land required to be taken has been deposited in tbe office of the said Board at Tinwald, and is now open for inspection.
