No entry will be received except under the following conditions —That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be dec d-d by the isu wards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with tne carrying out of this programme to be final. 2. C. J.C. New Enles will be in force 8. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person v. ho has resided in the district during the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 5. Five per cent, will aq deducted from gross of all moneys payable in accordance this programme for expenses of the cjurs 6.
