RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1, No entry will- be received except under the following cmditions —Tbit all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be dec d‘d by the KU wards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 2 C.J.C.
