RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1, No entry will- be received except under the following cmditions —Tbit all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be dec d‘d by the KU wards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 2 C.J.C. New Rules will be in force 3. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the district during the same period. 4, The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 6.
