THE EASTERN CRISIS.
[bbctbr’s telegrams — corraioHr ] Bpoa-Pesth, November 1?. At the sitting of the Hungarian Delegation to-day Count Andrassy made a speech in which he strongly condemned the admission of the tact of an alliance between the Emperors of Austria and Germany into the consideration of the means of settling the Bulgarian difficulty, as it would be opposed to the interests of Austria and Russia. Count Kalnoky expressed concurrence with this view, and declared Austria must upheld the autonomy of Bulgaria. Russia, he added, has no special rights with regard to that country.
