1. HANDICAP HURDLE RACE of 16 sots One and a half mile, over 6 flights oi hurdles, about Bft 6in high. Second horse to receive 60s from the stake. Nomiatior 10s, acceptance, 6s. 2j NOVEL HURDLE RACE of 20 sots. One and a half mile. Over 6 flights of hnidles abont Bft 6in high. Post entrance 10s. Winner to be sold, and the whole of the proceeds to go to the funds of the Club. Weight lOst. 8. TINWALD CUP. a handicap of 30 sots. One and a half mile. Second horse to receive £6 from the stakes. Nomination 15s, acceptance 16s, 4. TROTTING RACE, a Time Handicap of 16 sots. Three miles. Second horse to receive 60s from the stake. No weight under lOst. Nomination 10s, accept* ance, 6t. 6. MAIDEN RACE of 10 sots. One mile. Weight for age. Entrance 10s. 6. FLYING HANDICAP of 10 boys. Six furlongs. Entrance 10a. Cup winner to carry 71b penalty: 7. BELLING HACK RACE of 10 sots. Half-mile. SULKS AND SEOUL ATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except under the following eruditions— Thit all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be deed'd by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 2. C. J.C. New Buies will be in force. 3. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting,and owned by a person who has resided in the district daring the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 6. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Oiub. NOMINATIONS iND ACCEPTANCES. All Nominations to be accompanied by fees age, name, and description of horse, colours of rider; to be in the hands of the Secretary, add'esaed Scott’s Hotel, Tmwald, before 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, DECEMBER lUh. Weights will be declared on Saturday, 18th. Acceptances and Maiden Entries must .be in the hands of the Secretary, at Scotfs Hotel, Tinwald, not later than 9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28th, 1886.
