THE GREAT BARRIER TRAGEDY
Auckland, November 6 The Great Barrier murder case was continued to-day. The girl Graham was re-examined bp the Crown Solicitor, but nothing material was elicited. The Grown Solicitor applied to have her bound over in substan ial *ecurilies. Mr Palmer, counsel for Caffrey, s >id he would not cross-examine her, preferring to wait till the Supreme Court session. He wished to show she was not a truthful witness She was bound over in £IOO securities, Penn’s father be oming the bond. The Court was adjourned until Wednesday. It is probable Taylor’s body will be exhumed, as tiiere is some doubt whether there were not two bullets in his head
