No entry will be received except under the following eruditions—Tint all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be dec d>>d by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 2. C. J.C. New Rules will be in force 3. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting,and owned by a person who has resided in the district daring the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 5. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the coarse. 6. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Oiub. All Nominations to be accompanied by fees age, name, and description of horse, colours of rider; to be in the hands of the Secretary, addressed Scott’s Hotel, Tinwald, before 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, DECEMBER lllh.
