The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the distiict during the same period. 4. The distiict above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 6. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6. AlFnominalions and acceptances go to the funds of the Club.
