Mr Hudson Williamson, Crown Prosecutor, conducted the prosecutmn. Mr W. J. Napier appeared for Penn, and Mr Jackson Palmer for Caffrey, i n 1 Mr Brassey is watching the case on behalf of the Taylor family. Mr Napier applied to have the girl Cleary released, bot the Bench declined. _ All three prison* rs were remanded till Friday week. Mr Brassey, on behalf of Taylor ard family, has ia : d a separate information for murder which may cause a complication.
