R ULES AN D H t GULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. 2. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the district lying between the rivers Selwyn and Waitaki from July Ist 1886, and up to the date cf the forthcoming meeting and owned by a person who has resided in the said diatr’ ct dining the same period. 3. ACCEPTANCES. Acceptances for the first day’s handicaps must be made to the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 1886.
