RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except under the following conditions— That all disputes, claims, and objections arising ont of the racing shall be decided by the (stewards, or whom they may appoint j their decision on all points connected with the carrying ont of this pro* gramme to be final. 2. Si The Races are open to any horse com* monly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the district during the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari, 6.
