RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except under the following conditions— That all disputes, claims, and objections arising ont of the racing shall be decided by the (stewards, or whom they may appoint j their decision on all points connected with the carrying ont of this pro* gramme to be final. 2.
