The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting,and owned by a person vho has resided in the district daring the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Sclwyn River and on the sonth by the Orari. 6. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 6. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Olub. NOMINATIONS AND ACCEPTANCES. All Nominations to be accompanied by fees age, name, and description of horse, colours of rider; to be in the hands of the Secretary, add-essed Scott’s Hotel.
