No entry will be received except under the folio* ing conditions— Th it all disputes, claims, acd objections arising ont of the racing shall be dre d*-d by the Stewards, or whom they may appiint; their decision on all points connected with the carrying ont of this programme to be final. 2. The Races are open to any horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist of October to the date of meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the district doting the same period. 4. The district above mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River and on the south by the Orari. 6. Five per cent, will he deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the esurse. 6. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Club.
