THE GREAT BARRIER MURDER.

Sydney, October 12
Penn, tbe accessary to the Great Barrier murder, and hia piramour, Lzz e Graham, were arrested by Cnnstibie McLailand yesterday evening within two miles of Macle'.ly Bar. Penn had a loaded revolver in his possession, and the woman carried a gun. They had been about the beach since the cutter was scuttled, having parted company with Oaffrey In consequence of a quarrel about the woman. Penn and Graham were brought up at the Kempsay Police Court this morning, and remanded till tomorrow.

The prisoners Ciffrey. Penn, and Lizzie Graham were again brought up at the Police Court t -day, the two men being charged with murder at Great Barri-r Island, and Graham wi h being an accessory after the fact- They were rem.ndid pending the receipt of the New Zealand warrant
