They were brought up at the Police Jourt, the former charged with murder at Barrier Island, and the girl with being an accessory after the fact. Prisoners were remanded until the 26th Inst. Penn made a statement that Lizze Graham was on board the cutter at the time the murder was committed. She was, however, unaware of the object of the trip till the! return to the vessel, when she was detained aboard against her will.
