PROPOSED SUBMARINE RAILWAY BETWEEN DENMARK AND SWEDEN , — 1 *— : — : Mr Alexander de Rothe, an engineer who has been working at Panama under M. de Lsesepsj has presented to the Government of Denmark and Sweden a project for a submarine railway tunnel under the Sound between Copenhagen and Malmo.
