He has a mark under the eyes and is bebeved to have been connected with a certain vessel of which the name is given (Shah of Persia). The Chief Commissioner has wired here to have the deacriptinn ver'fiod. Sufficient intormati n has not been obtained yet to make it certain whether it is Penn or not.
