Thomas Glenn, a blind man who refused to remain In the Old Men’s Home as an inmate, was charged with vagrancy. The Magia* rate said he had considerable difficulty la dealing with the case —Glenn asked to be committed to goal and, at his request the Magistrate ordered him to be sent to goal for three calendar months without hard labor.
