The bite appeared anything but serious t> the unfortunate man’s friends, and the Inju'y was considered one thst ether persons had frequently sustained without even inconvenience. Deceased was a strong hea'thy man, about thir-y-six years of age, prc T prietor of a grocery store, and was unmarried.
