He said a quantity of rubbish had been left about the house by the people who occupied it before Clarkeson, and as there had also been sickness In the house It was deemed advisable to get the place cleaned up as soon as possible.—Dismissed with a caution. INDECENCY, James Foreman was charged with the commission of a grossly indecent act. Aroused pieac'tl guilty. He ctiled a number of wit -etsas to give testimony as t ■ h s general good character. The iVlsgistrate, after c mtnenting on the case, ordered the accused to be imprisoned for fourteen days w th hard labor. The Court then rose.
